Andrea Vintertun is a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist. Andrea is originally from Woodinville WA, but attended the University of Oregon to get her degree in Speech and Hearing. Andrea started working at A-Plus Hearing Aid in 2010.

Serena Garcia is a Patient Services Coordinator. Serena was born and raised in Los Lunas, New Mexico but moved to Washington in 2022. She started working at A Plus Hearing in 2025. Serena strives to make every patient encounter a positive one. She is a lover of nature, animals, and coffee.
When Serena is not at work, you can find her gaming, exploring nature, or hanging out with her three cats.
